Postage within the UK;  A flat charge of £4.80 is made to cover postage & packing.   Please use contact form with requirements when requesting estimate of Worldwide postage.

If any item is returned to us undelivered or uncollected you will be responsible for any postage charges arising from its re-sending.


We can provide a best estimate of delivery times upon request but cannot offer any guarantees.  If the delivery date is critical, please advise us & we may be able to send the package by Special Delivery at an additional cost so that you get guaranteed next day delivery & can track the package.

When you receive your order, the package will contain an invoice which should be retained in case you need to return the goods for any reason.

All UK order will normally be sent out to you by Hermes and will have  a tracking number which you will be adviced of when your order is shipped..  Delivery times for Worldwide orders may vary.  You will be advised of timescale when we receive your order.

You will be required to sign for all parcels.

Returning Goods

You may return an item within:

48 hours of receipt, provided it is in its original condition, has not been worn or washed, is in its original packaging, free from odours & has all tags attached.

To return an item you will need to use the contact form on the website stating that the item is to be returned, or you may call; 01603 327277 or call or text; 07736907798.  You will then be issued with a returns reference number which you will need to include in your parcel along with your original invoice which you received with your order.  Return this to us inside your parcel.  Please note, if using the contact form regarding a return reference number, then you must allow 24hours for us to contact you.

Please note that you will have to pay for postage for your returns parcel.  It is your responsibility to ensure that the parcel reaches us safely & you may wish to use recorded or special delivery as appropriate.  A proof of posting will be issued by the Post Office free of charge on request.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Upon receipt of the returned items in the condition described above we will refund your money in full less the original postage and packing charges (subject to your statutory rights).

Any items returned to us which are not in the condition described above will be sent back to you at your own expense.  We will not accept returns of items that have been damaged in transit because they were incorrectly packaged.  If you have not paid the correct postage on a returned parcel resulting in us having to make a payment to the Post Office, then we will deduct the amount paid from the refund due.

If you are returning the item because it is faulty or has been described incorrectly then please email us first describing the problem.  If you have a valid claim then we will raise a returns reference & refund the postage & packing costs to you as well.

If the item is a gift & you need a longer returns period, please email us to let us know before or at the same time as placing your order & we can extend the returns period; please note that we cannot do this retrospectively.

These conditions are without prejudice to your general consumer rights when different returns periods may apply for faulty goods.

For damaged items that have already been worn, we reserve the right to have the item repaired or issue you with a credit note.

Under no circumstances will refunds be given more than 60 days after payment was made.
