1. I am trying to pay with my credit/debit card but your system is rejecting my payment?

Regardless of which address you register for the customer & delivery details, when you get to the payment page & enter your card details, these must be the details of the cardholder so you will need to change the pre-filled address details if these are different to those for the card. Please take extra care when typing numbers especially zeros or "O" because the system checks them against the details held by the Bank & won't accept any which have been mistyped.

2. I have placed an order but my dress hasn't yet arrived.

All ‘in stock’ items are dispatched by Royal Mail, first class recorded delivery post.  Make sure that you have allowed at least 3 full working days from placement of your order ie. if you ordered on Wednesday afternoon you need to wait until at least Tuesday morning.  We will email you when the item is dispatched.  If you do not receive your item within 3 working days then check that no-one in your household has received a "We tried to deliver but you were out card". If not, please email us for a tracking number & we will check the status of your delivery online.
